1. Using our platform
KARIMIGO Travel is a marketplace connecting you with real travel and lifestyle providers. You must be 18 or older to make a booking.
2. Bookings & pricing
All fares reflect real provider inventory at the time of search. Prices may change until payment is completed. You are responsible for the accuracy of details you enter.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Paystack. A booking is only confirmed once payment is verified and a booking reference is issued.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set by each provider and shown before checkout. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
5. Provider responsibility
While we curate quality partners, the delivery of the flight, ride, screening, event, eSIM or stay is the responsibility of the respective provider.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
